I Know a Puppy who likes … Meat

I know a puppy who likes meat.
He likes to fetch
He likes to catch
He likes to run after cats (take Damo for example).
So he likes to fetch and catch and run after cats.
So that’s what a puppy likes.
And I like it too…. (Not really).

I know a Baby who likes …Barney

Once when the baby girl called Sinéad was two she liked to watch the T.V.

Her favourite show and DVD is the one and only Barney, Baby Bop, and last, but not least, BJ.

Her favourite DVD of Barney is ‘We’re Going to the Zoo’ and her other favourite is ‘Colourful World’.

Every day she eats her breakfast and watches barney but sometimes she watches The Wiggles, but I think she likes Barney DVDs better.

If Sinéad went to the shop and Barney was there she would go crazy!

The End.

I Know a Girl who likes…Dressing up

Hi! My name is Caitríona and I am going to tell you a story about a girl I know who likes dressing up. She lives in Lucan (Esker Lodge). She shares a wardrobe with her sister. Her clothes are very fine. She has casual wear, you know, ordinary everyday wear. But then there is her formal wear, party clothes, fancy, whatever you like to call it.

She has a lovely long purple sequin dress that she wore at Christmas and at her cousin’s Communion. But her favourite dress is a short, baby blue dress she usually wears with her sequin silver shoes and short sleeved white cardigan. She loves to curl her hair and put it in a cream ribbon.

Well one day this girl wore that outfit to her Great Aunt Doreen’s birthday, one Saturday. She was having a great time. She met all her cousins and said Happy Birthday to Doreen and danced all day. But then, just when she thought this was a brilliant day a waiter, carrying a tray of wine tripped over a chair and spilled wine all over her beautiful dress. It was the most embarrassing moment of her life. She could see her mother’s face go red at the sight of the stained dress. She could hear the giggles and sniggering coming from her cousins and her sister; the apologizing of the waiter.

Well that was my story. You are probably dying to know who that girl was, well it was ME!
